Tasks

The task of the SA3 include but are not limited to :

• Quickly develop a detailed understanding of the stakeholders as they relate to GCcase / MS Dynamics projects
• Adhere to the roles and responsibilities; organizational commitments and interdependencies; and all other relevant aspects of the projects that have been completed or are in flight.
• Participate as required, in Joint Application Design (JAD) and / or requirement gathering sessions with cross functional team members
• Work with the client team to leverage the Report Wizard features for reporting of data within their solutions.
• Manage technical scope and client expectations with regards to reporting with MS Dynamics.
• Design and execute reports / searches to test / validate data, business processes and workflows to ensure a quality solution is delivered, meeting business and functional requirements specifications.
• Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance and mentorship to both IT Developers and to the client Power Users on reporting features within MS Dynamics.
• Responsible for the custom development of an internal Report Wizard training slides and training lab exercises.
• teach a small group of client power users (skilled support staff) on Report Wizard (training sessions may be 1 to 2 days in length) as required.
• Provide follow up Q&A to further mentor Power Users and IT staff.
• Provide the IT Project Manager and GCcase Team Leader with the PowerPoint Training Slides and detailed LAB exercises.
• Develop and deliver presentations, briefing notes, and other material as required.
• Provide written and/or verbal reports, as required and / or specified by the Technical Authority
